The company was set up in 2006 by Pippa Bayston. She had 3 years experience in videoing and editing weddings before starting the company. She also did an MA in Interactive Multimedia at London University of Arts from 2004-05.

Pippa got married in 2006 so knows the planning that goes in to it, the value a video brings to the day and the importance to get it right.

Claire Whiteman-Haywood joined Pippa in 2008 after receiving a first in her degree in Film and Television. She is passionate about filming weddings in the artistic and contempory style Sparkle Media has developed.

Their exciting and personal approach to wedding videos has resulted in increased interest and demand for their work. They work with a number of responsible and qualified videographer assistants on the dual videographer packages.
